I'm Simone from Columbia, MO, and my friends and I have been planning on celebrating Nick's 17th birthday somehow for a while. We decided to make this lovely representation of him in cake form, complete with signature white v-neck, converse, and dog tag! We wanted to show our appreciation somehow for everything he, Joe, and Kevin do for their fans. Unfortunately we did end up eating it, but as every girl would imagine, he was delicious!
